One-time fee is non-refundable unless cancelled within 7 days & product not downloaded/used.

The document says that you can get a 100% refund within 7 days if the software does not work. However, the software only works for Windows 10 and 11 as well Apple Macbook Versions.

It has a strict no-refund policy once payment has been made for services. However, there are exceptions in the event that future tech is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on their end.
